1. Who we are and what this covers
Ocean Barque operates Jewel Color: Diamond Art Sort for Android distribution through Google Play. Our operations are based in China. This policy applies to information handled through the game, this policy website and the connected services described below.
When a Google service handles information, Google may act as a separate controller or service provider under its own terms and policies. This policy explains the way those services are used in this game; Google's own policies govern Google's processing.
This policy website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit it, Cloudflare may process your IP address, request information, browser or device information and security signals to deliver the page, keep the service reliable and detect abuse. We do not add our own cookies, analytics or tracking scripts to this page. Cloudflare's processing is described in its Privacy Policy.
2. Information kept on your device
The game does not create accounts, ask for a login, or provide account-based cross-device synchronization. It saves game state locally, such as level progress, the current board, coins, tools, tutorial state and settings.
Ocean Barque does not operate a cloud-save database for this game. Clearing the game's storage or uninstalling it normally removes the local save. Android or Google Play may offer device backup features under their own settings and policies; those features are outside Ocean Barque's cloud services.
3. Services that may process information
The following services are included to show ads, respect advertising choices, understand game health and process Google Play purchases.
Google Mobile Ads SDK
For banner, interstitial and rewarded ads, Google says the SDK may automatically collect and share an IP address, user product interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information such as launch time and hang rate, and device or account identifiers such as Android Advertising ID and App Set ID. Google uses these categories for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. General location may be estimated from an IP address. Ads personalization depends on applicable law, consent choices and device or Google controls.
Google User Messaging Platform
The UMP SDK presents and records advertising consent choices and privacy-option status where required. Those choices can affect ad storage, ad personalization and ad-related user data. Advertising privacy choices do not automatically turn off Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics may collect an app-instance identifier, user and session counts, session statistics, approximate location, general device information and, when available and permitted by app or device settings, the Android Advertising ID. The game may send events such as startup, level start or finish, failure or restart, tool and coin activity, ad results and purchase results. We use this information to understand usage, improve the game and measure reliability; we do not intentionally send names, email addresses or contacts through these events.
Firebase Crashlytics
When a crash or recorded non-fatal exception occurs, Crashlytics may receive crash identifiers, stack traces, the app package and version, operating-system version, device model and hardware details, memory and storage information, timestamps, app state, exception class and message, and diagnostic logs or custom keys supplied by the game. This helps us diagnose and fix stability problems.
Consumable coin purchases
When in-app purchases are offered, Google Play handles payment processing and may handle payment or account information under Google's policies. Ocean Barque does not receive your full payment-card number. Product IDs and transaction or receipt details may be used to deliver purchased content and help prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions. Google Play's policies govern the records it keeps.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we receive the email address, message, attachments and other details you choose to provide. We use them to answer your request, troubleshoot the game and meet legal or security obligations. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
4. How information is used and shared
Ocean Barque uses information to operate the game, save progress locally, provide and measure advertising, understand game performance, diagnose crashes, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and comply with law.
Information is shared with the Google services described above because they provide advertising, consent, analytics, crash reporting and Google Play billing. Google may use service providers, advertising demand partners and other recipients described in its policies. Ocean Barque does not sell personal information for money. We do not use the game to collect contacts, photos, microphone recordings, precise location or a social profile.
5. How long information is kept
Retention depends on where information is processed. We keep information only for the purpose and period reasonably needed, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, security and dispute-resolution needs.
- Local game save
- On the device until you clear app data, reset the save where available or uninstall the game.
- Firebase Analytics
- Google Analytics user-level and event-level data follows the retention setting configured for this game's property. We do not state a fixed period here because the current setting may change; email us to ask for the current configured period. Standard aggregated reports are governed differently.
- Crashlytics
- Firebase says crash stack traces and associated identifiers are kept for 90 days before removal begins from live and backup systems.
AdMob and other Google advertising records follow Google's current service-specific retention rules and policies; there is no single Ocean Barque retention period for those records. Support emails and any Ocean Barque records created to handle a future purchase service are kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose and applicable legal requirements.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
- Advertising choices: use the in-game privacy options form when it is offered, Android's advertising settings to reset or delete the Advertising ID, and Google's ad settings and privacy controls to manage personalization. Withdrawing advertising consent does not automatically control Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.
- Local data: clear the game's app data or uninstall the game to remove the local save from your device. This does not delete records held by Google services.
- Access, correction or deletion: email us with the request type, the game name, your country and enough information for us to locate and verify the request. We will assess and respond under applicable law. Some records may need to be kept for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons, and aggregate or de-identified information may remain.
- Other rights where applicable: you may be able to object to or restrict certain processing, request a portable copy of information, withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent, and complain to your local data-protection regulator. These rights depend on your location and the applicable law.
- Google-held data: for information processed directly by Google, you may also need to use Google's own privacy and deletion tools or contact Google. We will direct you to the appropriate Google process when needed.
We cannot promise that one request will erase every copy held by an independent provider, a backup system or a legal record. We will not ask you to provide more information than reasonably necessary to verify and handle your request.
7. Children
The game is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the game or by email, contact us. We will take reasonable steps to review and delete information under our control where feasible; Google services may have separate processes and policies.
8. International processing
Ocean Barque operates from China, while Google services use global infrastructure. Information handled by AdMob, UMP, Firebase or Google Play may be transferred to, stored in or processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and other locations where Google or its service providers operate. We use these services subject to their terms, security practices and applicable legal safeguards.
9. Security
Local game data is kept on the device by the game. Google states that Mobile Ads data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and Firebase uses HTTPS/TLS and service-specific safeguards. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please keep your device and Google Play account protected.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, connected services or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will change with a new version. If a change is material, we may also provide notice in the game, on Google Play or through another reasonable channel. New data uses will be described before they are enabled where required.
